We are happy to invite you to the 8th Karmapa Meditation Retreat and teachings with Matthias Sommerauer at Retreat center Mangutovo from December 14th until December 17th. The retreat is for those who have completed the ngondro and have the blessing of Lama Ole for this practice. Since it is a retreat, it is good to complete it fully (from beginning to an end).

Thursday
- 6pm. - 7pm dinner
- 7.30pm - 8.30pm lecture and explanation of the retreat
- 8.30pm guided meditation on the 8 Karmapa
Friday, Saturday
- 8am- 9am guided meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 9am- 10am breakfast
- 10am - 11am explanations, questions and answers
- 11.30pm - 1pm individual meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 1pm - 2pm lunch
- 3.30pm - 5pm individual meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 5pm - 6pm explanations, questions and answers
- 6pm - 7pm dinner
- 7.30pm lecture
- 9pm guided meditation on the 8th Karmapa
Sunday
- 8am - 9am guided meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 9am - 10am breakfast
- 10am - 11.30am individual meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 11.30pm - 1pm questions and answers or meditation as we decide on spot
- 1pm - 2pm lunch
- 2pm - 3pm guided meditation on the 8th Karmapa
- 3pm - cleaning departure
